Title:
karmic installer crashed during manual partition setup (complained
  about some partitions)

Status in “ubiquity” package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: ubiquity

First, manual partition setup is a pain in the ass because the window
is much too small and I can't resize it.

Before the crash the installer complained about the Vista partition
and my /boot partition (ext2 on a USB stick), saying it had some
invalid fs settings and tune2fs should be used.
