[Bug 817463] [NEW] Checklist item for "plugged in to a power source" even when there's no battery

Public bug reported:

Ubiquity's "Preparing to install Ubuntu" step says "please ensure that
this computer: ... is plugged in to a power source".

According to Evan, it says this even when the machine has no battery and
therefore couldn't possibly *not* be plugged in to a power source. It
shouldn't do that.

     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
