[Bug 741778] Re: website URL not shown (except as tooltip), not copiable

I'm not sure that I agree that we ought to make this change. I really
appreciate the current, simple, "Website" link at the bottom of each
description section of the details view. The main reason that I like it
is that it is always in the same place and the text is common making it
always easy to notice, whereas a URL tends to be a somewhat random-
looking collection of characters, different for each package and
therefore would be much more of a "visual noise" item on the page I
think.

Further, I'm not sure I see the real usefulness for selecting and
copying a URL beyond pasting into a browser to get to a web page. If a
person really wants to select the URL, they could (as you describe) just
open the web page and copy/paste it from there.

Of course, a11y issues are always a priority to fix. Could you describe
what exactly the problem is for a11y with the current implementation?

Many thanks!

Title:
website URL not shown (except as tooltip), not copiable

Status in “software-center” package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: software-center

  One cannot:
  * see the URL except for hovering over the "Website" URL.
  * copy the URL into the clipboard
  * select parts of the label/URL

All these cases may be of interest to a user:
  * a11y apps cannot see the text even if support is present in software-center
  * users cannot see the URL and need to do something
  * cannot copy the URL without clicking, waiting for the browser to open, and copying it from there.
