Bug description:
Binary package hint: update-manager
Any other updates will show this for "Changes"
No network connection detected, you can not download changelog information.
Possibly a bit premature to file but the U-M is very useful during dev
to see the changes w/, in many cases, active links to bug fixes, ect.
