New mirrors are included in a new upload, fully automatically. There
just has to be an upload, which happens when code changes.

Bug description:
  Dear all,

  it seems you do not consider official (and checked) mirrors
  automatically so that they are included in whatever Ubuntu uses to
  show to the users which mirrors are available.

  My first wish is: automate this properly!

  My second wish: Please add ftp.halifax.rwth-aachen.de (10 GBit/sec!).
