Title:
install is missing an option to completely wipeout the install disk

Bug description:
I ran into a problem where my Ubuntu 11.04 system booted into GRUB
rescue. Not knowing how to proceed and having a backup, I decided to
simply re-install Ubuntu 11.04. This didn't work and multiple such
attempts led to a proliferation of Ubuntu kernels on my system.
Finally, I decided to install Windows 7 and it installed successfully,
fixing the boot problem and running the OS as if there had never been
a problem.
Ubuntu install needs an option to completely remove everything
including the MBR, GRUB infrastructure, and partitions and do a fresh
install of Ubuntu. Having this option would have allowed me to recover
the usage of my system without having to install Windows first.
