You have unsupported PPA's on the system. They are causing the failure. I suggest removing them and their residual packages. Consider using 'ppa-purge' to do it.

update-manager crashes while trying to upgrade release from kubuntu
  10.10 tu kubuntu11.04

Status in “update-manager” package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
when upgrading release an error occured: package update-manager-kde is marked to be deleted, but is in delete blacklist(or something like that, because I'm using localisation).
  I'm using ubuntu 10.10, KPackageKit 0.6.2-0ubuntu1.
I expected to upgrade my kubuntu to 11.04, and during upgrade encountered an error.
