Bug description:
  following dist upgrade to 11.10, i was adding software i needed, the
  software-center crashed when i chose to reinstall previous purchases.

  TEST CASE:
  1. Launch Software-Center
  2. Select the menu 'File / Reinstall Previous Purchases ...'

  Result:
