  have these errors logged into .Xsession-errors:

  cant find:
  - /usr/share/synaptic/gtkbuilder/synaptic.xpm
  - /usr/share/synaptic/gtkbuilder/synaptic_mini.xpm 

  in fact they are located into: /usr/share/synaptic/glade/

  So the glade migration is not complete.
