Title:
Add label to distinguish installed from candidate versions in "Changes
  for the versions" text

Status in “update-manager” package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: update-manager

The three lines that start all update descriptions are: "Changes for
the versions" followed by two, unexplained, version strings. It would
be much better to simply add the words: "Installed" and "New" before
the respective version strings. It's a one-line change in MyCache.py
  (plus changing the translations...)
