Bug description:
  Binary package hint: software-center

  I am trying to install VirtualBox OSE using "Ubuntu Software Center".
  Software Center selected to download required files for 4.0.4-dfsg-1ubuntu4 (virtualbox-ose-qt).
  After downloading 28.3 MB, it started Applying changes.
  Since last one hour, the status has not changes, and it's showing "In Progress" as the status
