Sorry for late reply, (too work and hot temperatures), actually I canot reproduce it, but I've reinstalled from scratch because of another update bug not detected that let my machine unusable.After that I cannnot see this again.

  Click "Close" on notification, upgrade progressed though to "Getting New Packages" stage.
