  Binary package hint: dpkg

  Based on the error description, this does not look like an actual
  error but got two errors for the same package. The first error was:

  "Could not install '/var/cache/apt/archives/rss-
  glx_0.9.1-3ubuntu1_i386.deb' The upgrade will continue but the package
  may not be in a working state. Please consider submitting a bug report
  about it."
