regina was removed in Debian; should be removed in Ubuntu too.

Title:
  regina-normal test failure due to gcc-4.5

Status in “regina” package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: gcc-4.5

  When regina-normal is built with gcc-4.5 instead of gcc-4.4, the
  following test failure happens:

  NSnapPeaTriangulationTest::flat... FAILED.
  NSnapPeaTriangulationTest::degenerate... ok.

  !!!FAILURES!!!
  Test Results:
  Run:  124   Failures: 1   Errors: 0

  1) test: NSnapPeaTriangulationTest::flat (F) line: 461 nsnappeatriangulation.cpp
  forced failure
  - The orientable flat triangulation should have a volume of zero, not -9.0526592472e-15.

  FAIL: regtestsuite
  ==================================================
  1 of 1 tests failed
  Please report to regina-user at lists.sourceforge.net
  ==================================================

  I don't think that gcc-4.5 was supposed to change mathematical
  results?
