4.6

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: gcc-4.5

  After fixing a library path lookup bug in root-system, rebuilding this
  package on amd64 fails with an ICE.  A reduced test case is attached.

  TDSet.cxx:31:1: internal compiler error: in redirect_jump, at jump.c:1443

  Not reproducible with g++-4.4.  Building with -O1 works around this
  issue.
