  1. Start the installer.
  2. Using the keyboard, scroll through the list of languages.
  
  What happens:
  * The width of the language list, and therefore the width of the main area, is different for each language.
  * The "Cancel" and "Forward" buttons change their widths for each language.
  
  What should happen:
  * The width of the language list should be constant.
  * The "Cancel" and "Forward" buttons should have a minimum width, so that they are the same width for most languages, even if they are wider for a few languages.
