[Bug 810486] [NEW] flash not working in ltsp local apps browser

Public bug reported:

When running a browser (firefox, chrome) in an ltsp session using ltsp-
localapps flash does not work. Instead, it shows only a blank black
rectangle where the flash content should be.

I have solved the problem by adding libcurl3 to the chroot localapps
environment and running ltsp-update-image
