Title:
  installation crashed because CD-ROM hors service

Status in “ubiquity” package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  My computer has the CD-ROM crashed. I've installed Ubuntu by USB Key.
  When I lunch "install ubuntu 11.04" the installation program operate ok until check CD-Rom, then crash.
  I attach 
  file:///var/log/syslog
  with next mail I attach the other file
