Bug description:
  Binary package hint: ubiquity

  I installed Kubuntu Lucid Beta 1 in a fresh installation. Since I have
  other systems on the system I manually selected the partition to
  install Lucid. I choose a root partition, but did not choose a /home
  partition, since I did not have enough space for that. In the
  following installation the installer did not ask me for creating a
  username and finished the installation without doing so.
