Sorry, sorry, but my replay was not post! Here it is:

"Try to do these commands line:

cd /var/cache/apt/archives then dpkg -i --force-overwrite
all_package_names_listed_at_the_bottom_of_error_output now dpkg
--configure -a

 to get the packages left unconfigured.
 You may have to repeat the process a couple of times."

I put this bug incomplete becouse before i want to know if you resolve
your problems whith these commands. Thanks and sorry again.

Status in “apt” package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  Every apt-get install or upgrade fails with a similar error, only the
  package name differs.  In the below example, I'm trying to update apt
  with the recommended update.  "apt-get upgrade" emits a similar error,
  although for the first package which it selects.

  
  $ sudo apt-get install apt
  Reading package lists... Done
  Building dependency tree       
  Reading state information... Done
  Suggested packages:
    dpkg-dev apt-doc
