This seems really worth fixing since the existing link redirects you to
some marketing page about Ubuntu Server which is rather silly when you
are trying to find documentation about Ubuntu Server.

Title:
  documentation deep-links in motd

Status in “base-files” package in Ubuntu:
  Triaged

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: base-files

Currently the "Documentation" link in the server motd points to the generic server page (not the server documentation page):
  " * Documentation: http://www.ubuntu.com/server/doc"

I think it would be nicer if this links directly to the official
documentation page of the installed distribution. See attached patch
  for /etc/update-motd.d/10-help-text
