Marking as Won't fix for both upstream LTSP and Ubuntu as I fixed that
bug in the kernel by adding the Clientron thin client to the in-kernel
list of devices announcing a LVDS port but without one.
Marking ltsp-cluster as Invalid as ltsp-cluster doesn't contain that
specific code.

Title:
ltsp atom LVDS ignore addition - video output
Status in Linux Terminal Server Project:
Won't Fix
Status in ltsp-cluster: software for large-scale thin-client deployments:
Invalid
Status in “ltsp” package in Ubuntu:
Won't Fix
Bug description:
1) lsb_release -rd
-- Description: Ubuntu 10.04.1 LTS
-- Release: 10.04
2) Packages:
ltsp-server 5.2.1-0ubuntu9
ltsp-server-standalone 5.2.1-0ubuntu9
3) I had expected the new Clientron model to have it's default non-existent LVDS output to be ignored due to an entry in /opt/ltsp/i386/usr/share/ltsp/screen-session.d/XS20-xserver-intel-desktop-hack which identified the client's video output with a PCI ID. The file has changed recently, and no longer uses the PCI ID, but uses the manufacturer and client model number.
4) Instead of booting to a normal LDM screen, the client boots to an
offset screen. When attempting to make changes to the resolution in
gnome-display-properties, the defaults are as follows:
There is a "phantom" monitor with the display name "Laptop" in the
upper-right which has a resolution of 640x480, and is considered to be
the "main" screen, which has all the toolbars on it. It is not
visible. To the left of that is the monitor that I have plugged in.
The file /opt/ltsp/i386/usr/share/ltsp/screen-session.d/XS20-xserver-
intel-desktop-hack, which is created along with the creation of the
LTSP image using the command "ltsp-build-client" needs to have an
addendum in order to support another Clientron model. Without the
addendum, the Clientron E830 model is unusable.
