Title:
  Incorrect configuration at installation

Status in “krb5” package in Ubuntu:
  Expired

Bug description:
During installation of several packages (krb5-config, krb5-user), when
a dialog popped up, I provided correct information about my realm.
Information that has worked in the past on other machines.

When I then ran "kinit" I got "Cannot find KDC for requested realm
  while getting initial credentials".

The fix was to rewrite the realm name in uppercase in /etc/krb5.conf.
