Sorry for the delay. Run the following:
1) sudo apt-get autoremove update-manager
then run this and attach the output file:
2) sudo find / -name *update-manager* > ~/Desktop/find
((The output file will be located on desktop after running command.))
***NOTE: Dont reinstall the update-manager just yet.***

screen with the progress bar about halfway across.
