The only time sourceforge is talked to at package install is with the
ttf-mscorefonts-installer package.

Bug description:
  I am using ubuntu 11.04 64bit.
  I run sudo apt-get install wine1.3, apt-get gets the package from ubuntu servers, but when its time to download some files from sourceforge it cant to connect to that server.
  As a result the installation never ends.
