  update manager not starting

Status in “update-manager” package in Ubuntu:
  Expired

Bug description:
  I tried installing some themes called Bisgi that got when i searched
  on Google.. But it didnt worked.. After that whenever i start update
  manager it seems-

  Could not initialize the package information

  An unresolvable problem occurred while initializing the package
  information.

  Please report this bug against the 'update-manager' package and
  include the following error message:

  'E:Type 'd.net/bisigi/ppa/ubuntu' is not known on line 1 source list
  /etc/apt/sources.list.d/bisigi-ppa-oneiric.list'


  What to do???? plz help
