  upgrading with apt-get because the upgrader gui errored out.

Status in “update-manager” package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  apt-get upgrade had stopped on "util-linux" so I did "apt-get dist-
  upgrade install util-linux" to upgrade just that one.  Instead it
  reloaded everything & got it in passing.
