Syslog shows the OOM killer reaping upstart-udev-bridge. I think there
have been some memory leaks in that process seen recently; don't
remember if those were fixed in the Ubuntu package or just in 1.4
upstream (or if I just made up the whole thing). Reassigning the bug to
upstart, anyway.

Bug description:
I've been trying to install Precise from the latest daily builds and at the end of the installation process, it hangs leaving the computer fairly unresponsive. The machine has 4gb of ram.
This is reproduceable 100% of the time.
