Title:
  can't upgrade to 11.10 from 11.04

Status in “update-manager” package in Ubuntu:
  Expired

Bug description:
  when the upgrade process tries to calculate the changes it closes
  itself without even a notification and after that i've tried to retry
  and the update manager tells me to go to partial upgrade and even this
  doesn't work and it closes at the same stage --- calculating changes .
