Title:
  `do-release-upgrade` ignores Aptitude holds

Status in “update-manager” package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: update-manager-core

It seems that `do-release-upgrade` command ignores Aptitude holds
(`sudo aptitude hold package_name`). I use them rather then pinning
packages in /etc/apt/preferences file and it was an unpleasant surprise
for me when I discovered that the command upgraded my hold packages.

Is a chance to change that behaviour of `do-release-upgrade` utility?
