Bug description:
Installer crashed while installing. Perhaps while installing packages.
Have been attempting the recover from a RAM crash. Replaced ram,
system test comes out OK. However, Ubuntu still won't boot. Tried to
reformat my OS partition and install Unbuntu. This resulted in a
crash.
