That's by design. If you run `ltsp-update-image --force`, then your
$CHROOT/boot/pxelinux.cfg/default will be updated, and your
BOOTPROMPT_OPTIONS settings will take effect.
I think that behavior is too cryptic though, so maybe this bug report
should stay open until some developer redesigns the way
BOOTPROMPT_OPTIONS behave.

Bug description:
I have customized the BOOTPROMPT_OPTIONS setting in /etc/ltsp/ltsp-
update-image.conf, but every time I run ltsp-update-image my
pxelinux.cfg/default file is overwritten with default boot options.
I've attached my config file.
