debconf: DbDriver "passwords" warning: could not open
/var/cache/debconf/passwords.dat: Permission denied

in UbiquitySyslog.txt is causing the issue as it seems. Can you see
whether the file exists in your live system and what permissions it has?

But if I understood you right you have Ubuntu on your system and want to
create a USB stick from which you can boot ubuntu, right?

This menu entry is not made for that! Use Systemverwaltung ->
STartmedienersteller instead. You will need the Ubuntu image file to
create the stick.

The link you found is for installing ubuntu on your hard disk from a
live medium. It should not appear on your installed system...

Bug description:
  I wanted to install Ubuntu on an USB-Stick from my installed PC by using "RELEASE installieren". But it crashes with the option to send a bug report. 
  Here it is. I hope it helps to solve the problem.
