Hi. I have the Same messages in boot.log but the path is
/lib/udev/rules.d/40-avrice.rules:[4|7]

System is oneiric (11.10) with kernel 3.0.0.14-generic

  device, in /lib/udev/rules.d/40-gpsd.rules:25
