Actually using os-prober would be more informative.

Kubuntu Desktop 20111013
I resized an existing Ubuntu partition and installed Kubuntu on the
second partition. After installation, grub shows Kubuntu entries as
Ubuntu. It should be labelled Kubuntu.
I attached grub.cfg generated at installation time.
