Bug description:
  apt-get update today ends with:

  Reading package lists... Done
  W: GPG error: http://archive.ubuntu.com oneiric Release: The following signatures were invalid: BADSIG 40976EAF437D05B5 Ubuntu Archive Automatic Signing Key <ftpmaster at ubuntu.com>

  workaround:
  use de.archive.ubuntu.com instead

  what NOT worked:
  apt-get clean
  rm /var/lib/apt/lists/*
  rm /var/lib/apt/lists/partial/*
  apt-get update
