Public bug reported:
When the Upgrade offer to Ubuntu 11.10. came, I paused the Upgrade to do
it later. It wasn't possible to resume the Upgrade and every new try is
blocked with the same failure message, both if I tried it directly over
the download manager like in the first place or -according to your
instructions on the www.ubuntu.com- from the "alternate"-CD i
downloaded. Since I downloaded the Version from your page, I consider it
being original software, and both the versions are "released"-Versions,
so none of the announced Failures is reliable for that issue.
Best regards
W.Winkler
