Tank You for taking the time to report a bug, thanks to users like you, developers can work hard to create a better Ubuntu.
Probably you downloaded a corrupted copy of the distribution, where did you downloaded it from? 
Or maybe the problem is the storage device you used, what storage device did you used? dvd?, stick drive?
and finally , you said you tried to install ubuntu several times of 32 and 64 bit , but did you tried in several computers or only one?
