Same bug on AC100-117 with precise-preinstalled-desktop-armhf+ac100.tar.gz 08-Dec-2011 18:40 from http://cdimages.ubuntu.com/daily-preinstalled/20111208.1/
Tested 2-3 times with entered language *Russian and *English, different timezone, nickname, password, etc.

Bug description:
  the crash happened when testing the http://cdimages.ubuntu.com/daily-preinstalled/20111207.2/ ac100 armhf installer using a AC100-10D
  i had performed the following steps in ubiquity

  connected to wifi
  entered language *Svenska
  entered timezone *Stockholm
  entered username and password   using only a-z A-Z and 0-9
  captured login image using the built in webcam
  was waiting for the installer to finnish

  ubiquity crashed during creation of the user account using collected
  data.
