Bug description:
  On boot time, this messagge apears at /var/log/casper.log:

  /scripts/casper-bottom/48kubuntu_disable_restart_notifications: line
  5: can't create /root/usr/share/kubuntu-default-settings/kde-
  profile/default/share/config/notificationhelper: nonexistent directory

  KDE profile for kubuntu is now located at /usr/share/kubuntu-default-
  settings/kde4-profile (see kde4-profile instead of kde-profile)

  This bug affects to the kubuntu notification helper and its behaviour
  because the reboot notifications can't be disabled by the following
  variable: hideRestartNotifier=true
