Status in “ubiquity” package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  Installing 12.04 alpha on December 4th from DVD. Everything went fine
  until the end "Installing System" section.

  I didn't let the installer reformat the new ext4 partition I'd created
  for the install.
