[Bug 899709] [NEW] does not work on multiarch system

Public bug reported:

I had a fresh amd64 installtion of Oneiric and tried to install wine1.3
package.

This leads to various breakage in aptitude.

Among other things qdbus is installed which is not a multiarch package
(none of qt is). Technically installing 32bit qt libs and qdbus would
suffice in absence of any Qt applications.

However, aptitude cannot handle two packages which are the same, only of
different arch.

When 32bit qdbus is installed it insists on installing the 64bit one.

When it does so it obviously breaks the ia32-libs but also the libraries
installed by this auto-selection of 64bit qdbus are not marked as
automatically installed.

So in presence of packages of mutiple architectures you can't mark
packages for installation/uninstallation/automatic handling because
aptitude confuses the two packages of different arch.
