The Precise installer is still downloading many packages when "Download
updates while installing" is not checked.  This makes it impossible to
install Alpha1 with todays daily-livecd because of some current
dependency problems with the libc6 packages.  :\

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: ubiquity

  I created a fat16 EFI-Bootloader Partition and ext4 root- and home-
  partitions. I unchecked "get updates during installation", but it
  downloaded packages nevertheless, which I then skipped.

  I used the 11.04 Beta 64bit downloaded on Friday 15th of April
