There seems to be something going on with your local network preventing
the download of adobe-flashplugin:

You might try installing Ubuntu without the 3rd party software option
enabled and then install things as you need them.

Bug description:
  11.10 installer crashed in a system that had the 11.04 and I gave the
  option Erase 11.04 and install 11.10. In the end (~after 80%) crashed
  twice
