Hello, thanks for the report!

A package appears to have failed to upgrade due a local IO error.
Fortunately, this problem should not affect your system stability.

Bug description:
  This is  Fresh install and was part of the Update process after the
  initial Installation. I am completely new to Ubuntu so a little unsure
  the significance of the problem. If there any other information
  require please ask and I will try and fulfill your request.
