Additionally, bug #688101 (also available in bzr-2.4 but fixed after
#788000) had fixed the last known case where multiple conflicts were
related to the same file (which was the root cause of failures when 'bzr
resolve' was called for more than one conflict).

Bug description:
  Due to some bzr glitch I couldn't track down, an update of a bound
  branch (which should have gone through entirely clean because there
  were no changes to the working copy) resulted in about 75 pages worth
  of conflicts. Trying `bzr resolve --take-other --all` resulted in a
  crash.
