I'm pretty convinced this must be in the stage before lightdm. The
screenshot shows a dialog with window decorations, but unity-greeter
does not run a window manager. Reassigning to ubiquity.

During an OEM installation, after final user setup, a warning dialog
with the message "function() got an unexpected keyword argument
'icon'" is displayed just before the Unity greeter
