Title:
Ubiquity accessibility menu appears disabled when not

Status in “ubiquity” package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  Platform: VirtualBox 4.0.12 r72916 on Ubuntu 10.04 2.6.38-11 generic
  Live CD: oneiric-desktop-i386.iso (Beta 1 20110830)

  Steps to reproduce:
  1) Start machine with live CD mounted
  2) Wait for Ubiquity to show
  3) Click on the accessibility menu in the top right corner
Note: The menu item is cropped, but still possible to select. See bug #837287

  Expected result:
  - Some of all menu items displayed in light colors indicating they are enabled

  Actual result:
  - All menu items in dark color, indicating they are disabled.

  Note:
  1) Compare with the network settings menu to the right, those menu items are seemingly enabled
  2) It is still possible to select the on screen keyboard menu option, which will display the on screen keyboard.
