Title:
When I choose "Install Ubuntu" from the menu, I get Live Environment
  instead

Status in “ubiquity” package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
I booted the Ubuntu 64bit Oneiric Beta 1 ISO on a virtualbox 64bit VM.
At the boot menu, I chose the "Install Ubuntu" option, NOT the "Try
  Ubuntu" option.

  What SHOULD have happened:
Ubuntu Installer launched and I install Ubuntu.

  What REALLY happened:
Live environment launched anyway, giving me a launcher for Ubiquity in the panel and on the desktop.
