Title:
ubiquity crashed with InstallStepError in configure_keyboard()

Status in “ubiquity” package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: ubiquity

Tried installing using the Kubuntu 8.10, running in KVM. It got past
copying files; I think the last thing I saw it was configuring apt.
  Then it crashes.

Looking at the function it crashed in, perhaps it was because I'd
opened the KDE4 virtual keyboard and started playing with it :-).

  ExecutablePath: /usr/lib/ubiquity/bin/ubiquity
